Hey hun, summers coming up and of course I wanna look good in a swim suit. The big problem is my thighs... Do you have any daily exercises you recommend to slim them done or even get a thigh gap?

Hey beautiful!  ♥ ☼ Yes! Summer is just around the corner and it’s that time of pull out a yoga mat and make a few edits to your shopping list, haha. Okay, so I have a couple exercises that work really well and you can do them all in your room. Some of them are longer, some of them are only 10 minutes, but they’re all meant to reduce body fat, especially in your lower body and abdomen. This is one of my favorite workouts by far. No weights required! It’s a bit long (around 30 minutes, w/ a warmup & cooldown), and it’s based off of kick-boxing exercises, which is good because you’re burning calories and toning up . This next one is a bit shorter, but a bit more challenging. You can start by doing it w/o weights, then progress by using 1lbs or 2lbs in each hand. It’s a great metabolism booster and works up an amazing sweat. Try it 4x a weeks and you’re guaranteed to see a change, even if it’s only a little. ^__^ This one is really cool because it’s more of a dance workout, so it’s fun but also great at trimming away fat. I tried it after making a playlist of my favorite songs. Literally one of the funnest workouts I’ve ever had. Hehe. Whelp, hope this helped. Remember to drink at least 1ltr of water a day and cut as much sugar and salt from your diet. Stay safe, and good luck! ^__^ ♥
